I was impressed with the professionalism and how I was treated. I made the reservation one week ahead of time, and explained to Gloria that I can not miss my flight because I needed to be in Court as we were adopting a baby. Gloria was very helpful assuring me that everything will work out great. I called back the day before to confirm, not only was I treated with opens arms, but Gloria remembered my name and how it important it was for me to get to the airport on time. Our driver (William) contacted us about half hour prior to arriving to pick us up. The first thing he did was to introduce himself on the phone. When he arrived on time, he was very pleasant and even gave us some directional tips, since we are new to the port orange area. He suggested places to take my kids. I want to thank Gloria and William. If I ever need a ride again, (I know I will) I will contact Gloria. Thank you

I just want to say Thank you for such wonderful service. William was very friendly and timely and my husband and 6 and 7 year old kiddos loved the limo ride from the airport to our hotel. Thanks to the shuttle driver on January 28,2012 for the safe travel to the Victory Casino. He was prompt, friendly and interacted with his passengers.I was lucky to have a shuttle pickup next to the hotel I was staying at in Palm Coast,Fla.. This convenience allowed me to spend a day enjoying the Victory.It was a great experience from all who represent your company. From my first contact with Gloria with your company for my reservations, my shuttle pickup to and from the Victory I was impressed with your services. Yes! My family was so amazed and pleased at the limo that greeted them at the airport! We had such a fun ride back to Daytona, and then, when William pulled up for their return trip to Orlando, he had the shiny beautiful white limo with him! Dear Gloria, The photo you sent to Chris was forwarded to me and I have an 8x10 print to show my friends who also have shared weeks at the Surfside South Condo at off-season times. They usually rent a car if not driving their own car to Ormond Beach. This was great fun because we didn't do either and had visual proof of the very best way to arrive totally relaxed for a class A vacation in a Limo. He came to pick up and drop us at the airport. This exceptional person took care of us like its own. We arrived late. He helps us with our baggage, he took the time to help us find our room etc... He was extremely patient, responsible and dedicated to his job. After all of the en-route glitches - flight delays and cancellations, re-routing, etc., we had a fantastic holiday! Obviously, not familiar with the Sanford area at all I had to take a chance in booking transportation from the website. I was both pleased and impressed with the service from both drivers and cleanliness of the vehicle. It was a huge relief to find our driver (I think his name was William- it was so hectic getting all of our bags I forgot his name) at the baggage claim waiting for us upon arrival. Also the return trip, Renee was prompt, actually early waiting for us at the hotel Sunday morning and very personable to ride with. Both drivers were excellent. Again thank you for your help.
